Emma was born and raised in Shreveport, Louisiana, and planned from a young age to attend Louisiana Tech University. She always dreamed of meeting her husband in Ruston just like her mother did years ago. Collin, surprisingly enough, grew up in Ruston, Louisiana, and attended college at the University of Arkansas. In May 2021, Collin graduated and moved home to Ruston to pursue his MBA at Louisiana Tech. Collin and Emma met at Emma's workplace just days later, and the rest is history! They are thrilled to become "The Moaks" and cannot wait to celebrate this momentous occasion with friends and family!
